FAB products are manufactured in the U.S.

In addition, FAB products are allergy-tested, free of Parabens and Artificial Fragrance and safe for sensitive skin.

As a 100% Cruelty-Free company and proud PETA-certified Beauty Without Bunnies partner, we do not conduct any testing of ingredients or finished products on animals and only work with business partners who comply with our policy.

PETA has verified that neither First Aid Beauty nor our ingredient suppliers or contract manufacturers conduct, commission or pay for any tests on animals for ingredients, formulations or finished products.

First Aid Beauty has worked closely with PETA and regulatory experts to sell our products in China in a way that does not require animal testing. PETA has provided the following statement of support:

“PETA is very pleased to have First Aid Beauty on our Cruelty-Free list, and we are happy to report that the brand will maintain its no animal test status as it expands to China. We’ve worked with the company to ensure that the products as manufactured and sold will not require tests on animals under Chinese government regulations.” - PETA

Every order with qualifying order placed on FirstAidBeauty.com will come with free samples, with the exception of subscription orders. Samples will be provided as follows:

Yes, you can purchase First Aid Beauty products on Amazon. At present, the only authorized Amazon reseller is "First Aid Beauty".

Depending on the product, either look for the expiration date on the bottom of the jar, bottle or tube or find the PAO (period after opening) symbol on the packaging. The number by the M (i.e., 12M) is how many months that product will stay FABulous after opened. All of FAB products should be stored in a cool, dark place. When in doubt, please reach out to customerservice@firstaidbeauty.com for confirmation. .

First Aid Beauty products are completely free of artificial fragrance and fragrance chemicals. Most of our products do not contain any scent agents whatsoever, but for the few that do, we are committed to only using 100% natural fragrances.

The First Aid Beauty Gift Certificate is an electronic gift card activated by entering a unique code when placing an order. It arrives via e-mail to the e-mail address you specify during checkout. Purchaser is responsible for providing a deliverable e-mail address. A physical gift card will not be sent. Gift Certificates are available in $15, $25, $50, $75, $100 and $125 amounts. Gift Certificates are nonrefundable.

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate online?
To redeem a Gift Certificate online please enter the 12-digit code for the Gift Certificate being used during checkout. Select "apply" after entering the Certificate code field of your order. If there is a balance remaining after your Gift Certificate has been applied, a credit/debit card or an alternate method of payment will be needed to cover the order balance. Promotions and discounts are not applicate to Gift Certificates.

If I spend less than the amount of my Gift Certificate, what happens to the remaining balance?
Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Certificate. You can check the balance by utilizing the Check Balance form field found here on our site, or by contacting customer service at 1-800-322-3619 for assistance. The Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Does my First Aid Beauty Gift Certificate have an expiration date?
FirstAidBeauty.com Gift Certificates have no expiration date.

Unfortunately, we are not able to modify or cancel First Aid Beauty orders once they are placed. Orders are sent immediately and automatically to our warehouse which prevents us from making any changes.

Auto-Replenishment / Subscription
When you sign up for our Auto Replenishment program, you can save 15% off on all future auto delivery shipments. You can select and adjust your shipment frequency, or cancel at any time by logging into your FAB account and editing your subscriptions. Please note that Auto Replenishment orders are not eligible for promotions and recurring Auto-Replenishment orders do not receive samples. In order to redeem the discount or offer, place a separate one-time order. Please note that New Arrivals cannot be added for replenishment.
